• ENGL 101 - Introduction to Academic Writing 3 Credit(s).

• MATH 102 - Quantitative Reasoning 3 Credit(s) OR
• MATH 103 - Applied College Algebra Fundamentals 3 Credit(s) OR

Modern Language

• MODL 101 - 4 Credits.
• MODL 102 - 3 Credits.
Choose from FREN, GERM, or SPAN, in consultation with academic advisor. All MODL course requirements must be completed in a single foreign language.


Behavioral Sciences (3 Credits)

• One BHSC elective must be ANTH 201.
• The other elective must be chosen from ANTH, CJUS, ECON, GEOG, POLS, or PSYC.

• SCI electives are to be chosen from both biological (BIOL OR ENVS) and physical (CHEM, GEOL, OR PHYS) sciences, two courses (6 hours) of which must be from the same science. At least one class must be BIOL or ENVS.

• HIST courses of student's choice

• One BHSC elective must be POLS 3/400.
• The other elective must be chosen from ANTH, CJUS, ECON, GEOG, POLS, or PSYC.


Arts or Humanities (3 Credits)

Minor Electives (6 Credits)

• Electives must be used to complete an 18-hour minor in an advisor-approved subject. (See Specific Degree Requirements).
